I have been having issues for a few months now with both of my feet tingling, sometimes causing me pain. Most times it is just tingling.

Also in my left upper leg I have pulsating feelings that are painful.

Both of these issues occur more when I am under stress and doctors have said it is stress, but I just cannot believe it.

Can someone help me out here and let me know if they have had any of these issues and the outcome?

My doctors say it will go away eventually, but I just do not beleive them and I am getting really freaked out about it. So much so that I have high anxiety most days and depression.

Any help would be appreciated!

  • Hi Helper, not sure if its to late to reply to this comment. i am always on this site getting information but have never wrote or replied to anything, i saw your question today as i to am experiencing the same thing with my legs and was getting worried.this time last year i was getting a number of sever things wrong with me and was in my doctors every week in pain, they finally put it down to panic attacks and said the stress is causing it, which i though was crap!!! there is no way in ***l stress can do these things to me and cause so much pain too!!!! i got very bad with depression then up until a little after christmas. but then i started doing different thing (some a little to expensive to keep up) i really found hynotherapy to work but i only did two sessions as was way to expensive to keep up, but have recently joined yoga and i find just lying on your own and doing deep breathing (which for me is very difficult to get a min alone with two kids) do the breathing regulary and not just when your panicking or starting to feel the pain and i found as soon as i could agree with the doctors and convince myself that they where right (after getting many different opinion) the pain easied and doesnt happen as much. i can really empatise with you and i really hope your feeling better soon... sorry for the long message lol will practice on not giving my life story from now on x x x
