Embarrassing question, but can you worry so much about needing a restroom that it actually makes you really need to go? This seems to be happening to me. I hope someone can tell me it is all in my head so I will stop doing this. Has me almost house bound.

  • Anxiety causes a lot of different symptoms. Anxiety causes headaches, it causes muscle pain - it even causes cold feet. But not everyone experiences all of those symptoms, because every individual person's anxiety is different.
