Does anyone know if these 2 conditions go hand in had ior are they completely seperate issues? I went to the er cuz i couldn't breath and they said it was anxiety and bronchospasms. Any help would be great

  • I have never experienced a bronchospasm, but it certainly sounds like that is what is happening.I sounds like you are doing all the right things when this does happen ( belly breathing/concentrating) but it would be even better if you could stop this from happening at all.Take a sip of water after you use the inhaler to keep from coughing. That could prevent bronchospasm from happening. I cannot even imagine how frightening this is for you - and the fear and anxiety associated with bronchospasm uses up even more oxygen.Sometimes a medication may cause unwanted side effects along with its needed effects. If these occur, you should check with your doctor._____________
