Hello everybody, about 3 months ago while I re-started to jog my buttock started to itch, few months later it bleed a little bit (less than a blood drop), while I was cleaning myself. But last week those white papules/vesicles start to pop out around (and inside) my sphincter, is it only related to HPV? What doc should prescribe me? What doc should I visit?

Here are some details
I've been using a medication that contains Ketoconazole, betametasona and neomycin sulfur to reduce the itch and the pain caused, I also used to fight greco-roman

Thanks in advance...
