I'd really like to hear if people have a view on this.
For about four years, i have a residue emerge from the anus within about half an hour of a bowel movement.
The BM is easy and properly formed. There is no blood and no especial odour. I think the BM itself is healthy.
However, regardless of whether i've showered, within the half hour, i will feel a moistness. When i wipe, the paper will be stained. Occasionally, tho not often, it is slightly more substantial, but not at all solid as such. I've taken to putting cotton wool on the anus to avoid staining clothes. The plug is always marked, to a greater or lesser degree.
Once i clean up this second time, that will be that until the BM the following day; i'll be dry as a bone. So it is directly related to that first bowel movement. I certainly do empty the bowel on the first movement and clean carefully, so it seems to me that there is some kind of irritation going on that produces the residue.
Has anyone experienced this or have any view on what this can be? Thank you for your help.
