Whenever I have a bowel movement it is extremely painful. The pain isn't in my stomach but right at the anus as it is exiting. It almost feels like it is ripping, though, the pain is excruciating regardless of the size or softness of the stool. I can't help but cry every time because of it. Also, the stool is covered in blood. The blood is not IN the stool, though. After I have had the bowel movement, the tissue is covered in blood, which is bright red, and I occasionally have to use a panty liner in my underwear as the bleeding continues.
