Incredibly smelly and uncontrollable flatulence following a bowel resection

2 years ago I had severe diverticulitis which resulted in a blockage. I got a temporary colestomy which did not relieve the situation so 30cm of bowel was removed and resectioned and the colestomy removed. From then on things changed. I had slight urinary loss and no cut off point when passing faeces. Over time it got worse and gas build up began to multiply. Now I must urinate around 20 times a day and do the other 12-16 times a day. The faeces are small and sometimes runny. I have slight loss from both places but what is worse is the constant flatulence. I have no warning. No feeling, no sound, just a smell that glides out. It's embarassing. I cannot control it. I've noticed that red meat makes things a lot worse as do spicy foods and beer. It has been proven that I have mixed urinary loss: stress and urgency and the sphincter is not working as well as it could although it still grips. I also get occasional brain fog and am more tired than usual. The site of the rejoining is fine. I had it checked. At present microscopic colitis and celiac's are being checked for. Do you have any ideas? The embarassment in public is just terrible. Chewing anti-gas tablets does not seem to help. I take fibre to help solidify the stools and probiotics and colestyramine. It helps somewhat but
the condition is still there. What can I do to rid myself of this terrible uncontrollable smelly flatulence? Any ideas?
