Hemorrhoid ***l!!!!!

I have hemorrhoids which I initially thought to be fissure. However after a couple of days, I am certain it's an external hemorrhoid. It hurts like ***l! I can't defecate, because the area around the anus has swollen so much that I'm scared to death as to what might happen. I've used ointments, sitz baths, stool softeners, and laxatives and they have done nothing. The last time I passed stool which was yesterday, the pain was ridiculous and I didn't even put the full load out, it was just too much pain. Are there any alternatives instead of surgery or having a doctor pop it? It has gotten worse everyday since sunday, although it should have been the opposite

  • hemorrhoids will sometimes disappearliterally overnight, when SSKI IODINE (20 drops) mixed withCASTOR OIL or flaxseed oil (one ounce) is rubbed in them at bedtime. He’s also found that SSKI alone will do the same job, although itreally stings when applied to a hemorrhoid by itself.it's better to dilute it.From the Diagnose-Me Web site (www.diagnose-me.com):Some doctors are using different forms of iodine (SSKIor Lugol’s) to help shrink and relieve the pain of hemorrhoids.A drop, placed on a finger and massaged into theaffected area, can be very effective, though it may stingtemporarily. Consider mixing 20 drops with an ounce ofCASTOR OIL or flax oil and storing it in the refrigerator. Apply twice perday; rapid relief should be on the way. Also, try Magnascent iodine or Vitacost sells Heritage Products 2oz. $8.99or Nascent iodine.....Keep trying for a couple of months!NOTE: WE ARE ALL MORE DEFICIENT IN IODINE THAN WE THINK!R2D2

I have been suffering beyond belief from the same thing this entire week. What you've stated is exactly what I've been through in the past 6 days and yet still no relief. I've put myself on a clear liquid diet for the past 4 days now, but the pain is still unbearable!!!!! There has to be something to get fast relief. It's 1:30 am right now as I am typing this in agony. If I do get any sleep, it's only out of sheer exhaustion. I have been to the ER and was prescribed topical and internal ointments that have proven to be useless and they refuse to prescribe pain meds because they say it slows down the digestive process which will make things worse. I am on clear liquids!! What does that matter!! Ok, I'm done venting now, but I'm still in agony. If someone out there reads this, PLEASE offer some real help.

  • I have read many sites and am trying the castor oil on the hemmorrhoid. I would recommend you consider it as well. I have tried witch hazel in the past and had a little relief. Also would consider the apple cider vinegar approach if neither of this strike you.I have tried all types of prescriptions so I'm going with the all natural approach....Best of luck to you!You are not alone!! • Some people have suggested holding grated potato down there. I just grated some, put it into a tea bag to keep it there, and am holding it there by virtue of awesome buttcheek friction. The other thing that is amazing for me is soaking a tampon inside of its applicator in a strong Red Raspberry leaf tea and inserting it in the vagina (only works for women, obviously).

  • I had an external hemorrhoid that got so bad my doctor said I needed surgery. I didn't listen and I am glad I didn't. This is what I did and my hemorrhoids went away and I have been hemorrhoid free for almost a year now.I followed 4 natural home remedy practices:1) I stopped straining while going to the bathroom, and by the way I took stool softeners to help with this.2) I ate way more vegetables and fruits with every meal.3) I took over the counter anti-inflammatory pills---ibuprofen4) I drank way more water All these helped relieve my pain and finally i ordered a hemorrhoid herbal treatment from http://www.hemrid.com and within a short while my hemorrhoids were gone and they haven't come back. I hope this info helps you out. Some hemorrhoids cases may require surgery and that is true but you never know, it's important to try all that you can before doing something like that. I really like my doctor but he said I needed surgery when I didn't and I guessed I have lost some faith in him.Mark
