I have hemorrhoids which I initially thought to be fissure. However after a couple of days, I am certain it's an external hemorrhoid. It hurts like ***l! I can't defecate, because the area around the anus has swollen so much that I'm scared to death as to what might happen. I've used ointments, sitz baths, stool softeners, and laxatives and they have done nothing. The last time I passed stool which was yesterday, the pain was ridiculous and I didn't even put the full load out, it was just too much pain. Are there any alternatives instead of surgery or having a doctor pop it? It has gotten worse everyday since sunday, although it should have been the oppositeReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
