  • It could be a fissure or it could be a hemorrhoid. If I were you I'd get myself to the doctor.I had both the fissure and hemorrhoid at the same time. Eventually I was also screaming at every bowel movement and I was not able to sit easily to drive my car.It is THE most painful condition I have had in my 57 yrs!!!! Getting medical help is the answer.Sp3cial

  • sounds to me like you have an Anal Fissure, your symptoms sounds exact to mine. I had fissures for 6 years and nearly scratched the toilet walls during a BM. I suggest seeing your GP. make alterations to your diet to help maintain soft BM's, fruit, water, mo red meat, no grains etc take a fibre supplement drink.. use a cream like rectogesic.. this truly if not managed can turn into a serious problem, not only physically, but will mentally exhaust you too.http://www.analfissure.editboard.com/ try visiting this page for more AF specific info. there are people there who can help you too .. Goodluck:)
