Anal puffiness

The opening of the anus is puffed or swollen. More like blisters but its the same color as the skin...maybe a little redish. If i strain and push out it becomes more pronounced and balloons. The anus opening is also not smooth but more like wrinkled. Its completely painless and there is no blood whatsoever. Basically, everything is normal except the appearance. Any idea what this condition is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
