Can someone help me direct my father? My mom stumbled upon a pair of boxer shorts with a huge blood stain on them as well as his cover alls from work. When she confronted my father about it he said he thinks he may have had a hemhroid that ruptured. He said he was simply walking up a set of stairs at work when he felt a rupture like feeling in his rectum followed by a trickle of blood. My mom described the stain as that of a female on her heaviest day of her menstrual cycle. Everything I have read describes rectal bleeding during or after a bowel movement. That was not the case with my father. Also he didn't have any symptoms of a hemhroid prior to this. He is very prideful and doesn't go to the doctor for anything. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? I'm hoping to give him something to read so that he will realizes that this issue needs immediate attention.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
