what is in oranges that causes an allergic reaction?

I am allergic to oranges. I'm not allergic to lemons or limes. I can't drink orange juice, orange cordial or orange soft drink (fanta).
The symptoms I get if I ingest any orange is itchy and (sometimes) swollen lips, tongue and throat.
