  • I have experienced extremely itchy skin all over the body, including itchiness in the nostrils for a year. I replaced tea, which I drink with sugar and milk, and coffee which I drink with sugar and coffee creamer (powdered) with warm lemon water (whole fresh lemon) first thing in the morning, followed by warm lime juice (half fresh lime) at least twice a day for a week and all the itching stopped. I resumed drinking the tea and coffee and the itching returned with a vengeance. I am not sure whether the tea, coffee, sugar or dairy products or a combination of all of them were the cause of the problem, but I do know that removing them from my diet has stopped the itching. I hope this helps.
