The patient had an obstruction removed from his bowel in January and had his colostomy removed before he left the hospital. The incision is not healing and is draining. Bowel gas escapes from this. He was in 3 times to have it glued and the last time it almost stopped draining or did stop for a day or so. He is not doing anything strenuous as he has not returned to work yet. He just recently applied salt water solution and airing during the day which has improved it some but it isnt healing inside.
