Just want to share my experience, I've been eating chicken meat since I was a kid but a few times a month last year I've been suffering from allergic conjunctivitis & hay fever and I just ignore it because I thought it's because of some allergens and because of cats in our house. Last february after I ate chicken adobo (pinoy delicacy) for lunch. At night I suffered from hay fever, I kept on sneezing, I had runny nose, itchy and watery eyes and after a minute, my eyes are swollen. I thought that it's just common allergy. At the middle of the night I woke up because of asthma-attack & I'm awake all night, I can't breathe, I felt tightness in my chest and I'm coughing all through out. I took an anti-histamine & puffed my inhaler to feel better. I've never eat chicken meat for about 2 months now because of that bad experience & because I'm afraid that it might happen again and I got less asthma symptoms. Do you think I'm allergic to chicken meat? do you think I should avoid it? Pls. Post a reply, tnxReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
