I have been diagnosed with Banana, Melon, all tropical fruit, Avocado, Coconut, Hazelnut, Bean and Parsley allergies. I am frustrated with the ingredients lists of America. I can avoid all of allergies easily except parsley. Currently, no one has to list the exact herb or spices they put into there food. Also the term "Spices" can be used for both herb and spices.
Parsley has a rare effect on me. I has swelling of the esophagus not the wind pipe. This swelling leaves scar tissue that makes eating harder and harder. Eventually, I have to go pay a GI 15000 to stretch my esophagus back open, even I still have lost my ability to eat meat. I can not get it to pass though my esophagus when I try I normally have to pay my GI the same amount to go get the meat out of my throat.
