I am having rashes on my face for a month now.It gets worse when exposed to sun. It's really irritating.Right now am using sun protection
lotion with SPF 15.
Is lacta calamine lotion advisable? Is it safe & gentle on face?
What sort of cream, cleanser, nightcream should I use?

Please advice.

If you are really in Bhutan, then 15 is not enough to make a difference great enough to have been worth the cost and effort. Is lacta calamine lotion advisable? Not really, since it is not a sun protectant. Is it safe Yes, it is safe. & gentle on face? Only you can tell if it is gentle enough for your skin. What sort of cream, cleanser, nightcream should I use? Mild cleanser (of which there are thousands of brands), unless you have hygiene issues. Nightcream with a mild retinoid or alpha-hydroxy acids is fine, as long as they don't irritate you. Please advice. A lot of Bhutan is at a high altitude. If this is your case, then you should be wearing a much higher SPF sunscreen. Also, sun-induced facial rashes can sometimes be a sign of more serious entities such as Lupus, so get yourself evaluated by a doctor.
