Do latex pillow require a dust mite proof pillowcase?

Hi, I'm asking this because it is common for a latex pillow to have a regular cottom protective case, and then another pillow case matching the bed sheets.

But nobody seems to say that's bad for allergies, as long as the pillow itself is dust mite resistent.
