Hello. Good to find such a vital community online! It is good if not a little healing to read and share others' stories of courage and strength under distress / life threatening problems.

I have been dx'd with agranulocytosis since May2009 having lived /worked in Asia for ~20 years. UK citizen. Recently was treated with sargramostim which seemed to be working BUT I developed allergy and am currently being treated with Filgrastim(sp?). MD said perhaps this will stabilize with neuts about 2500 tho they fluctuate(in acute phase 2x they were 0 near death). Question is, what could prognosis be? Thanks, Tathagatha.
