I am 70 and for the last four or five years I have not been able to lift anything heavy due to back problems. Lifting aything over 10 lbs. is hard. As a result of this the muscles in my arms have deteriated and now my arms look skinny. Is there any exercise that I can do to build the muscle up just a little bit.
