  • I started using b5 about 2 weeks ago. I'm seeing a slight inprovement. I was reading that it takes sometimes up to 2 months to work effectively. i was reading in alot of websites to start up at around 4 Grams a day then maxing out to 10 g. Then after 2-3 months you can knock your dosage down slowly to around 2 grams aday. B5 is water soluble. It works similar to accutane. I've been on that twice. I don't want that anymore. It makes me too moody. The powder you can get on amazon.com for around 15 bux. I'lll start using that when i run out 500 mg pills goodluck to everyone with acne. Its a pain especially when you try 100 different things. I would recommend anyone try this for a few months before seeing a dermatogist.
