Is it possible that lack of sleep can cause acne outbreak? I’ve been working overtime for this project and it’s been keeping me up all night. I just get 3-4 hours a day. Thanks for the help.

  • You’re correct. It’s a hormones thing. Get enough rest everyday, drink a lot of water, have a healthy diet (fresh veges is a plus), use a good facial wash and apply an acne gel like cleocin-t. This was prescribed by my doc and so far it’s helped me a lot. You can buy it on any pharmacy out there. Hope this helps!

  • Hello boatsandtrains...you have posted twice...you cna edit your post so you need not repost the same stuff :) BTW, indeed lack of sleep will result to acne, as it says not getting enough sleep is serious. It has shown to:Increase inflammation (the main cause behind acne)Increase insulin resistance (another bad boy behind acne)
