acene-like scar on face

I have these acene like scar in the center of my forehead and it won't go away. I don't know what they are exactly but I do know they are bothering me appearance-wise. I am not only referring to the pimple that is visible in the center of the forehead, but the surrounding reddish marks as well.

They started to appear back in October of 2010 all at once as shown in the photos below. It never went away completed. Although, the photos doesn't look too bad, but I am in a room with bright white lights or outside on a sunny day, you can see them clearly. It looks like puffy red dots.

I would love to treat them but I don't know exactly what they are. I have treated the home remedy solutions but doesn't seem to work. For example, apply oatmeal on the face, stop drinking soda for a whole month, sleep on clean pillow sheets every other day.

If anyone know what they are, do tell. Thanks.

  • I have the same problem with TS. I probably have more of these "acne-like" marks than TS on my forehead because I used to basically dig out any blackheads (or some seed-like stuff in the skin) and press pimples incorrectly (w/o cleaning thoroughly, not applying medication afterwards etc). Like TS, I'm at a loss at how to treat these, as I have tried various methods, eg oatmeal, green tea, honey, yogurt etc. They did show some minor improvements but it only lasts for a short while apparently. Hopefully someone else can offer some help. Will be checking this thread regularly!
