I have had an ankle synovectomy due to extreme pain, I still have the pain,any suggestions?

I have rheumatoid arthritis, I had the synovectomy done, and still the pain continues.

Is there anyone out there who can suggest any other procedures that can be done to alleviate the pain.
(besides pain killers, of course.)
